Management Team

The management team, including the CEO, is the highest operative decision-making body in the Group. The management team participates actively in the key strategic and operative decision-making and is responsible for resource allocation and assessing profitability.

The CEO is responsible for the supervision and control of the company’s day-to-day operations in accordance with the Finnish Companies Act and authorisations and guidelines issued by the Board of Directors.
